Offering tailor-made cuisine and services that meet the requirements of the clientele, is the challenge that the Conference Centre has set itself since 2018 through its partner, the Caterer Saveurs du Monde. Coffee breaks, lunch or dinner, everyone finds something to suit their budget. Between legumes, fruits, vegetables, meat and fish, many local dishes are offered here, especially since Cameroonian cuisine is one of the most refined in Africa.
It is 11 am. In the kitchen as well as in the dining room, it is a frantic rhythm. The buffet must be ready in an hour because the client’s lunch break is scheduled for 1:00 pm. The Maître d’hôtel and his team check the setting up and the arrangement of the cutlery. In the kitchen, they are already busy loading the various meals into the hot pots. In the daily operation, the customer finalizes his reservation procedure at the Conference Centre and is redirected to the sales team of the Saveurs du Monde caterer. Menu proposals are presented to him according to his budget and the number of people expected at his event.
Once the agreement is reached between the parties, the customer has one week before the date of his event to pay his bill and use the services of Saveurs du Monde. Space and furniture are allocated to him by the Conference Centre for the setting up of his cocktail. Once the meal is delivered and set up, the customer proceeds alone to the snack and the signature of a delivery note. For the rest, the decoration and the service are a matter of professionals.
Here, the flavours of Cameroon are honoured first and then comes the rest of the world. In all the menu proposals, you will find Ndolè, Folon, Ndomba of meat or fish, Sanga, Mbongo Tchobi, Eru, Met de pistache etc. These local dishes are very often spiced with spices that abound in our land. These tasty dishes are also composed of vegetables, fish and meat.
Moreover, the Saveurs du Monde Caterer knows how to adapt to all budgets: from the Sandwich Formula to the Prestige Buffet through a turnkey formula, the caterer makes it a point of honour to provide personalized service.
